The Purchaser hereby waives any and all notices of disposition of collateral and sale demanded underneath the Texas Business enterprise and Commerce Code. The Purchaser is likewise responsible for all other rates owing hereunder, in addition to any attorney’s service fees incurred by RIAC, incidental damages, and some other damages incurred by RI
